Join CAM Innovation and work on custom-built industrial machinery used by customers across the U.S. and around the world.

This is not a repetitive production job.
You’ll be part of the entire process—from assembly in our shop to installation and troubleshooting in the field.

What You’ll Do:

Machine Assembly (In-House):

Assemble custom machinery, subassemblies, and components.
Read and work from mechanical and electrical drawings.
Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches).
Drill, tap, align, and fit parts to tight tolerances.
Assist with testing, run-off, and machine preparation.

Field Service & Installation (Travel 25–50%):

Install and start up machines at customer sites.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Repair and optimize machine performance.
Train customers on operation and maintenance.
Provide remote support when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

3–5+ years experience in:
- Machine building, industrial maintenance, OR field service.
Ability to read mechanical drawings (electrical a plus).
Strong hands-on mechanical skills.
Experience with tools, equipment, and precision measurement.
Willingness to travel (including occasional international trips).
Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Electrical wiring / panel experience.
PLC troubleshooting (Mitsubishi or similar).
Hydraulics and pneumatics experience.
Lean Manufacturing / 5S.
Forklift certification.

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 50–75 lbs.
Stand, bend, and work on your feet throughout the day.
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
