This is not a repetitive production job.
You’ll be part of the entire process—from assembly in our shop to installation and troubleshooting in the field.

What You’ll Do:
Machine Assembly (In-House):
- Assemble custom machinery, subassemblies, and components.
- Read and work from mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches).
- Drill, tap, align, and fit parts to tight tolerances.
- Assist with testing, run-off, and machine preparation.
Field Service & Installation (Travel 25–50%):
- Install and start up machines at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Repair and optimize machine performance.
- Train customers on operation and maintenance.
- Provide remote support when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years experience in:
- Machine building, industrial maintenance, OR field service.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings (electrical a plus).
- Strong hands-on mechanical skills.
- Experience with tools, equipment, and precision measurement.
- Willingness to travel (including occasional international trips).
- Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Electrical wiring / panel experience.
- PLC troubleshooting (Mitsubishi or similar).
- Hydraulics and pneumatics experience.
- Lean Manufacturing / 5S.
- Forklift certification.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50–75 lbs.
- Stand, bend, and work on your feet throughout the day.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
