Position Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports both sales and marketing operations by ensuring opportunities are tracked, proposals are delivered professionally, and marketing campaigns run smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and format quotes, proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
- Track opportunities through CRM systems and internal sales tools.
- Follow up on open quotations, customer inquiries, and pending opportunities.
- Coordinate customer meetings, sales team travel schedules, and internal sales activities.
- Maintain visibility into sales pipeline activity and opportunity status.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Generate weekly pipeline and activity reports.
- Support sales leadership with reporting and forecasting information.
- Manage email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp.
- Update website content including company news, projects, capabilities, and case studies.
- Assist with trade show and event planning.
- Develop project summaries, visuals, customer success stories, and sales collateral.
- Ensure consistent branding across proposals, presentations, social media, and marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, business operations, customer service, or related roles.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
